What does "Scrum Master" mean in programming?
Scrum Master is one of the most common terms in software development. This guide explains what it means, how it is used in practice, and why it matters, with real examples from the developer world.
Definition
The person responsible for facilitating the Scrum process within a team. The Scrum Master removes blockers, runs ceremonies (standup, planning, retrospective), and coaches the team on Scrum practices. They do not manage people or make product decisions.
